Ahead of our final four home games of this season, we’d like to take the opportunity to remind supporters of certain ground regulations at the Xcel Sports Hub

Supporters are reminded that the usage of offensive language is prohibited at the Xcel Sports Hub, and that it is important to maintain a respectful environment by acting in an appropriate manner. Offensive language includes, but is not limited to, anything that may be deemed abusive, homophobic, racist, or threatening.

Supporters that are found to be behaving aggressively, or using offensive language, may be asked to leave the ground, and may be subject to further retrospective action from facility management.

In the interest of safeguarding, children aged 13 or younger also must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+) when entering the ground, or will be denied entry from the stadium.

Finally, supporters are reminded that due to the licensing regulations of the Xcel Sports Hub, security checks are in operation for all First Team fixtures, including bag searches at the turnstiles. Bringing in alcohol, glass bottles, or pyrotechnics of any kind is strictly prohibited, and any supporter found to be in possession will have any such items confiscated, and may be denied entry from the stadium.
