The Swans head to Dorset having secured a dominant 5-2 win over then league leaders Merthyr Town last Saturday. Billy Rowley’s side certainly put the Martyrs to the sword and will be looking to do the same as they travel to face Wimborne Town tomorrow afternoon.

Mason Obeng opened the scoring early on with his first goal for the club, but it was Nana Owusu who headlined the five-star performance against Merthyr. He netted a brilliant hat-trick in just his second appearance since returning to the club. Dawid Rogalski also got on the scoresheet in the second half, continuing his fine start to life in a Swans shirt.

Wimborne currently sit in sixth place in the Southern League Premier Division South, behind Walton & Hersham on goal difference. The Magpies fell to a 1-0 defeat away to newly-relegated Gloucester City last week after winning their first two games of the season, against Hanwell Town and Winchester City respectively.

Billy Rowley will be eager for his Swans side to continue their momentum against Wimborne, as they look toward’s Monday’s derby at home to Chertsey Town
