As with the same fixture last season, the decision has been taken to segregate supporter attendance for this Saturday’s match between Walton & Hersham and Basingstoke Town.
The away supporters section will be situated behind the carpark-end goal and continue until the dugout area, and will have access to designated toilets and non-alcoholic refreshments and food throughout the game. The ‘away end’ will have hard-standing areas only, with no access to seats. Away fans must enter through the designated away turnstiles at the far end of the ground, furthest from the main stand. The ‘home end’ will be designated for home supporters and neutral fans only – away colours must not be worn in the home end.
Cash and card will be accepted for entry at both the home and away turnstiles, although supporters are strongly encouraged to purchase entry online beforehand to minimise delays and potential issues on the day. Please note that tickets bought online will grant access to either the home end (general admission) or the away end – please make sure to purchase accordingly. Tickets can be purchased by visiting this link and will be available online until 12:30pm on matchday – 2h30 before KO.
We are expecting the Xcel Sports Hub and Leisure Centre carparks to fill up quickly on the day, so supporters are encouraged to ride-share, use public transportation methods, or walk to the ground where possible.
As with all matches, supporters are also strongly reminded that pyrotechnics are prohibited from the ground, and any supporter found to be in possession will be removed/denied entry from the stadium. Glass bottles and alcohol are prohibited from being brought into the ground, and will be confiscated upon entry. All those aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult on the day, or will be refused entry to the ground.
