The Swans are delighted to confirm Stefan Parkes has returned to the club for the 2025/26 season.
A versatile defender, he is a familiar face at the Hub having joined us on loan from Fulham midway through the 2023/24 campaign. However, his time at the club was hindered when he suffered a hamstring injury just 25 minutes into his debut against Tiverton Town.
After continuing his rehabilitation, he departed Fulham this summer and has now returned to the Swans following a successful pre-season trial period.
On adding the defender to his ranks, Swans manager Billy Rowley said: “We’re delighted to welcome Stefan to the club.
“After his release from Fulham in the summer, Stefan has endured a challenging few years with injuries. Swans fans may remember he ruptured his hamstring just 15 minutes into his loan debut at home against Tiverton.
Since then, he’s worked tirelessly on his rehabilitation, and we’re excited to give him the platform and environment to kick on and reignite his career.”
Stefan is our seventh new addition of the summer, following the arrivals of Ben Acey, Ethan Light, Jonathon Page, Jack Wood, Zach Alfalahi and Diamond Edwards.
