Anis Nuur recently became the latest Walton & Hersham player to make 100 appearances for the club.

He hit a century of games for the Swans in a 0-0 draw with Hungerford Town in late November to mark a major milestone in his career.

Having joined us from Hartley Wintney ahead of the 2023/24 season, Anis has been a crucial part of our squad over the recent campaigns, often being the pivotal player in midfield.

With plenty of non-league experience, he has even captained us on a number of occasions, proving to be a worthy leader and an all-round great character on and off the pitch.

Speaking on reaching the milestone, Anis said: “I’ve been at the club for three seasons now and captained the team on a few occasions. I’ve enjoyed every minute here and the fans are amazing.

“I’ve been lucky enough to play and train with some top players and coached by the best coaches and managers. I’ve made friends for life here and place that feels like home.

“Hopefully many more appearances to come, but the first 100 have been a blast.”

We presented Anis with a special Swans shirt ahead of our 4-1 FA Trophy victory over Sutton United for him to celebrate his achievement.
