The Swans are asking for your support to help Ben Acey as he faces major knee reconstruction surgery after a devastating ACL and meniscus injury.

Ben’s story is one of extraordinary dedication and resilience. Born and raised in Guernsey, he was spotted by Southampton at just nine-years-old and spent years flying to England four times a week to play for their academy. At 17, he earned a professional contract with Bristol City and moved to England to chase his dream of playing professional football.

Just as his career was taking off, Ben suffered a serious stress fracture that sidelined him for six months, ultimately ending his time at Bristol City. Undeterred, he rebuilt himself and signed for the Swans this season, moving his life to Surrey to reignite his career. Sadly, another cruel setback struck when he ruptured his ACL and meniscus during training, leaving him facing over a year out and surgery and rehab costs of around £21,000.

Through it all, Ben has remained a shining example of character and commitment – attending every home game, supporting the lads, and staying positive despite everything. His determination to come back stronger is inspiring to everyone who knows him.

We’re coming together to help Ben get the surgery and rehabilitation he needs to return to the game he loves. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference and show him how much his journey means to all of us.
