The Swans welcome Swindon Supermarine to the Xcel Sports Hub on Saturday afternoon as they look to finish their league campaign ahead of next week’s play-offs.

It was a five-star performance for the Swans last time out as they cruised to a 5-1 victory at Bracknell Town on Easter Monday. Johl Powell netted the opener in the first half with a neatly taken finish before Ralph Vigrass doubled the lead after the break. Dawid Rogalski made it three with a well-worked corner routine with Anis Nuur following up with a brace to seal the points. The hosts pulled a goal back late on through substitute Remy Coddington.

Swindon Supermarine face a fight for survival upon their weekend visit to the Hub as they start the game in 19th, one point adrift of safety. They have fallen to defeat in their previous two games, losing to Gloucester City and Poole Town respectively.

The Swans ran out 3-0 winners in the previous meeting between these two sides earlier in the season. A spate of postponements saw their trip to Wiltshire rescheduled to a March midweek where finishes from Dawid Rogalski and Mason Obeng, as well as an own goal saw them secure a convincing victory.

Billy Rowley will be hoping his side can end the main season with a victory in order to keep the momentum going ahead of Wednesday’s play-off semi-final meeting with Gloucester.

Head-to-head

Walton & Hersham first met Swindon Supermarine last season, with each side winning one game each. The Swans began life in the Southern League Premier South with an opening day 4-2 victory over the Marine but fell to a 2-1 defeat in the return fixture.
