That’s why we’re absolutely thrilled to have heard about the formation, and applaud the exciting news of One Voice Elmbridge, a groundbreaking new organisation that’s stepping up to safeguard the heart and soul of our local sports scene.

In a time when community clubs like ours face mounting pressures — there are too many to mention — One Voice Elmbridge and their mission is a breath of fresh air.

“Formed by passionate locals dedicated to the Elmbridge borough, this initiative is laser-focused on uniting and empowering all community clubs.

“Whether it’s football, cricket, or netball, their mission is clear: provide the tools, advocacy, and resources needed to not just survive, but thrive. We are in our infancy, but support has already come in from Esher Rugby Club, Hersham FC, Walton-on-Thames Bowling Club, and Walton-on-Thames Cricket Club.

“Think shared funding bids, collaborative lobbying with Elmbridge Borough Council, and networking events that turn isolated teams into a formidable alliance. It’s a collective roar for sustainability, ensuring that the pitches of Walton-on-Thames, Hersham, and beyond remain buzzing with energy for years to come.” says an OVE representative.

We’re proud to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with this new force for good and encourage every Swans supporter to get involved. Follow One Voice Elmbridge as they get going, attend their launch events, or simply spread the word — because when community clubs win, Elmbridge wins.
