The Swans hit the road for the first time this month as we travel to face Sholing tomorrow evening.

We secured progression in the FA Trophy with a 2-1 win over Farnborough last time out. Dawid Rogalski put us ahead with a sensational strike on the half-volley after 20 minutes, but Boro pulled themselves level just before the break. We retook the lead near the hour mark and it was Johl Powell who scored the winner against the National League South side once again. He brought down a brilliant ball by Joey Jones before finishing calmly into an empty net.

Sholing were held to a 1-1 draw at Berkhamsted in their latest outing, meaning they are winless in their last two league games. The Boatmen have enjoyed an impressive start to the season however as they sit seventh, just two points off the play-off spots.

We overcame the Hampshire side earlier this season, defeating them 2-0 at the Hub. Powell gave us the lead after 20 minutes before Mason Obeng put the seal on victory from the penalty spot late on.

Billy Rowley will be hoping we can overcome another tough opponent and secure our first double of the campaign as we look to make it 13 consecutive league wins in a row.

Head-to-head

Since our first meeting in the 2023/24 season, we have met Sholing five times, winning every encounter. We have a tendency to repeat results against the Boatmen, securing 1-0 victories in our first two games and managing 2-1 triumphs in both matches last campaign.
