The Swans travel to face Basingstoke Town on Saturday afternoon as we look to continue our strong form and extend our lead at the top of the league table.

We defeated Berkhamsted 2-0 last time out to go five points clear at the summit. Dawid Rogalski opened the scoring with a brilliant volleyed finish from the centre of the box before Jonathon Page sealed the three points from close range to open his account for the club.

Basingstoke fell to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Yate Town in their previous game to extend their losing run to three games after defeats to our promotion rivals Gloucester City and Poole Town.

We will be looking to continue our strong form against a side who have provided us a number of tough challenges over recent seasons and we will be needing your full support behind us.

Head-to-head

We have faced Basingstoke 18 times since first meeting in the 1988/89 season. We have been victorious in eight of those encounters, drawing five and losing five.

Our most recent games against ‘Stoke came last campaign as we fell to a 1-0 defeat away before drawing 1-1 at the Hub.
