• Each season ticket will guarantee entry to all home league matches, however does NOT include access to cup matches or potential league play-off matches, owing to competition regulations. Season ticket holders will however have access to a priority purchase window for matches designated as ‘all-ticket’, and potential play-off matches during the season.
• Season tickets admit unreserved general access to the ground, and do not guarantee a seat in the stand or unimpeded view of the pitch.
• Season tickets will need to be scanned at the turnstile for entry, and will all have a unique scannable QR code attached to them, that may be scanned once per matchday.
• Before purchasing, all season ticket holders will have the option to be issued with either an electronic ticket, or a physical plastic season ticket card that will be available for collection at the stadium on home matchdays. In addition to the previous options, all season ticket holders will be able to access a PDF version of their season ticket in their account dashboard by using the FIXR app which is available for download on App Store / Google Play.
